Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for booking your consultation or coaching session. Please read the following policy carefully:
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be offered for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the appointment.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed via Stripe in accordance with Stripeβs Standard Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/gb/legal/ssa). Please note that the processing fees charged at the time of the transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information
Processing Times: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or financial institution.
